You will need:
- 1 box Beer Bread Mix
- 12 oz Beer (For best results, use a light color Beer) Substitute: 1-3/4 cups Milk
- 4 tbsp Butter or Margarine, melted
- Optional 1 cup shredded cheese of choice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 5 x 8 loaf pan with non stick cooking spray
In a bowl, combine mix, beer and cheese, if desired (batter will be lumpy). Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan and pour melted butter over batter. Place loaf pan on a cookie sheet to catch any spillover that may occur.
