Italian Minestrone Soup Mix

Our Italian Minestrone Soup Mix is an easy and convenient blend designed to create a rustic, hearty, and fiber-rich vegetable soup quickly.  It serves as a base that combines various legumes, dried vegetables, pasta, and herbs, requiring only water or broth to rehydrate into a filling meal.

You will need:

5 cups water

1 can diced tomatoes

Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions: Add entire contents of the package to 5 cups of boiling water. After 20 minutes, stir in diced tomatoes and bring to boil again, then reduce to simmer. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes. Serve warm and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
