Our Spinach Dip Mix is a coarse blend of dried spinach flakes, onion, garlic, and herbs designed for an easy, creamy appetizer. Perfect for mixing with sour cream and mayonnaise, it delivers a mild, roasted onion, and herbaceous flavor to pair with bread, vegetables, or crackers.
You will need: 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream
You may substitute: 8 oz plain yogurt, 8 oz light sour cream, or 2 cups plain or greek yogurt, Hummus or Tofu
Directions: Combine package with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream. Stir and chill for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Other options: Mix with 16oz of cream cheese to make a cheeseball or mix with 8oz cream cheese and 8oz sour cream to use as a warm dip
Contains: Dehydrated vegetables (onion, spinach, garlic) yeast extract, salt, spices
