Our Oven Roasted Garlic Dip Mix combines garlic with aromatic chives creating a rich, nutty flavor perfect for entertaining. Simply blend with sour cream, Greek yogurt, or cream cheese for a fast, gourmet dip or spread. It is ideal for vegetables, chips, or crackers.
You will need: 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream
You may substitute: 8 oz plain yogurt, 8 oz light sour cream, or 2 cups plain or greek yogurt, Hummus or Tofu
Directions: Combine package with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream. Stir and chill for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Other options: Mix with 16oz of cream cheese to make a cheeseball or mix with 8oz cream cheese and 8oz sour cream to use as a warm dip
Contains: Dehydrated garlic, and onion, salt, dried chive, yeast extract
