Lemon Meringue Dessert Mix

Our Lemon Meringue Dessert Mix delivers a perfect balance of zesty, tart lemon curd and light, airy sweet meringue, creating a "sunshine on a plate" experience.  Designed for convenience, this mix creates a smooth, glossy filling and a stiff, toasted meringue topping that results in a show stopping dessert.

You will need: 8oz cream cheese, 8oz whipped topping, 8" graham cracker pie crust

You may substitute: 16oz softened cream cheese or 16 oz whipped topping

Directions: Combine package with 8oz softened or whipped cream cheese and 8oz whipped topping.

Options for use:

Serve as dip with fresh fruit, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, etc

Add ingredient to 8" pie crust to make no bake cheesecake

Use as a bagel spread
