We are a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue founded in January of 2016. CAR provides shelter and care for various animals, primarily dogs and cats, through a network of Indiana based foster homes. Our fosters house animals in need while we work on training, vetting or any other needs an animal may have before they are ready to be adopted. Every animal is completely vetted before going to their forever homes. Vetting includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm testing or FEV/FIV testing and micro-chipping. CAR is made possible by volunteers who love animals and people who support us through fostering, adopting, advocating and donating. All fundraising efforts will be used to provide medical care including the above vetting for our foster animals.
